Which ingredients do I have to introduce my child’s diet first BEFORE I order KIDS MEALS PHUKET?

It is necessary for the child to be fed with all the ingredients of the food prepared from KIDS MEALS PHUKET according to his age group. The customer can see the composition of the food by looking at our weekly menu. It is the parent’s duty to monitor the menu and access whether the ingredients used in the food are suitable for his child, given that they have already been introduced into his diet. The child must be fed: Chicken, Turkey meat, Lamb meat, Beef meat, Pork meat, Fish, Butter, Cheese, Cottage cheese, Eggs, Dairy Products, Gluten & Nuts.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

KIDS MEALS PHUKET offers products with tree nuts, butter, dairy products, gluten and eggs. While we take all needed steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. At KIDS MEALS PHUKET, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. If there are any food allergies or intolerances KIDS MEALS PHUKET will try to modify the menus together with parents to suit the child’s diet. All details have to be discussed BEFORE you place an order to ensure the best quality of food for your children.

PLACE THE ORDER WITH KIDS MEALS PHUKET

We require following data: 1. Type of menu according to age of your child 2. Food Amount (in case different that the recommended) 3. Exact address and mobile number 4. For which dates or period, you are requesting the menus 5. Clear indication if any allergies or food tolerances are present.

PORTION SIZE ACCORDING TO CHILDREN AGE

The subscription menus and individual meals from our shop listed as suitable for children from 9+ months to 12 months have portion size of 150g. The subscription menus and individual meals from our shop listed as suitable for children from 1+ year to 3 years have recommended portion size 210g. The subscription menus and individual meals from our shop listed as suitable for children from 3+ years to 7 years have recommended portion size of 270g. In case you wish to order larger amount, please do leave us a clear note when you place the order.

DELIVERY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Our subscription for weekly menus consist of 1 soup, 1 main and 1 healthy snack/dessert per day, offered as separately packed portion size of 150g, 210 or 270g according to your child’s age with exception of some snacks which are offered in pieces (for example healthy granola bite is offered as 3 pieces in one EDP container) Each EDP container has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. Your daily menu will come with 3 EDP containers in a paper bag.

For our subscription’s clients we delivery Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Meals for the weekend will be delivered every Friday. (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All food must be stored in refrigerated conditions IMMEDIATELY.

DELIVERY FOR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS

Our individual items purchased from our online store have minimum quantity order of 6 portions separately packed. Each portion is separately packed in a EDP container of 150g, 210 or 270g according to your child’s age with exception of some snacks which are offered in pieces (For example our healthy cookies are offered as 6 pieces of cookies in 1 container; Minimum order is 6 containers of 6 cookies each= total 36 cookies). Each EDP container has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. All items from our online store can be ordered fresh or frozen based on your personal request. Your order will come with EDP containers in a paper bag.

All individual orders are delivered on Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Meals for the weekend will be delivered every Friday. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All food must be stored in refrigerated conditions IMMEDIATELY.

DELIVERY GENERAL NOTES

Make sure your phone is not on mute setting during delivery time (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) When ordering home delivery, it is desirable to indicate all the features related to access to your address. You need to know that if you live above the 3rd floor and do not have an elevator, unfortunately we cannot serve you. In such a case, it will be necessary to work together to consider an alternative solution. Once an approximate delivery interval has been set, you need to be at the specified address, as we try to service everyone as quickly as possible, and we do not have the opportunity to delay more than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, if we are unable to contact you, our delivery team continues its route without the additional possibility of re-servicing it.

SELF- PICK UP IS POSSIBLE IN CHALONG ONLY

Self – Pick up is possible only during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) in Chalong. Refer to our exact address. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All food must be stored in refrigerated conditions IMMEDIATELY. Please prepare your own cooler box and/or ice packs.

FOOD STORAGE AND REHEATING AT HOME

Our frozen meals can be stored up to 3 months in the freezer (-12°C). If stored in fridge (4°C), it is best to consume within 3 days and always check the expiry date on the label. By steaming (recommended) or microwaving. Simply pop-out the meal to a suitable heating bowl and reheat it for 2 minutes or microwave for max 1 minutes with open lid container. Stir in-between heating (if needed) to make sure the heat is evenly distributed. Cool the pot to lukewarm and serve. For added aroma thaw the meal first and stir in a pre-heated pan for 10-15 seconds.

FOOD PACKAGING

KIDS MEALS PHUKET is NOT responsible for: In case the client’s actions lead to spoilage of the food and the consequences thereof. Consume the food later than the indicated label date. NOT informing us about any allergies or food intolerances before you place the order. FOOD CONSUMPTION

Upon receiving KIDS MEALS PHUKET all meals should be stored IMMEDIATELY in the refrigerator for up to the day indicated on the label.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Short stop: At the customer’s request for temporary suspension of delivery due to travel, illness, etc., the remaining paid menus are saved until the order is renewed and the subscription is increased by the number of paid menus. Example: If you have a subscription from 1.01 to 31.01 and must terminate from 5.01 to 8.01, at startup, these days are added to the subscription and the last date is increased from 31.01 to 4.02 to add the missed 4 days. If you miss a stop warning, the unaccepted menu is charged and is NOT refunded after the subscription expires.

Final termination: If the subscription is finally terminated, the remaining amount of the unused requested food will be not refunded but you can use it as credit any time you wish to start the subscription again. When the customer has ordered a package (weekly or monthly) with a discount in the price, when we issue credit the amount paid, the regular price is considered, not the promotional one, because at the customer’s request the requested package with a promotional price is canceled. If a stop warning is missed, no credit will be issued.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL ORDERS FROM OUR ONLINE STORE

If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed, we will issue you a credit valid for the next 30 days after the day you placed the order. If you cancel your order later than 24 hours after it has been placed, we will not issue a credit. No refund is possible!

KIDS MEALS PHUKET ETHICAL CONDUCT

KIDS MEALS PHUKET is lucky to work with exceptional professionals who observe good manners, polite behavior, and complexity, but sometimes does not respond in the same way. Thank you in advance: Self – Pick up time and delivery is possible only during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) Do not force the driver to wait, as this will deprive another baby feeding time. Make sure your phone is not on mute setting during delivery time (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) Treat the delivery team the same way they treat you Do not use them for other activities such as a taxi driver or delivery of a purchase from a nearby store.

USING PICTURE & VIDEOS OF YOUR CHILDREN WITH AND/OR CONSUMING OUR PRODUCTS

I grant permission to the company BESPOKE EXPERIENCE Ltd based in Phuket for division (KIDS MEALS PHUKET) to use picture(s) or video(s) I have sent to them or take picture(s) & video(s) of me, my partner, my child consuming food product(s)given or purchased by KIDS MEALS PHUKET and its project partners to promote their services in publications, press articles, promotional material, websites, exclusively for marketing promotional purposes. These pictures and/or videos maybe sent out to the media with a press release, used for our publications or on our website(s) and social media platforms. Images will be stored in a secure location and only authorized staff will have access to them. They will be kept as long as they are relevant and after that time archived. We will not disclose any personal information such as names, addresses, emails or telephone numbers.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF KIDS MEALS PHUKET

In case of non-compliance with the above terms & conditions KIDS MEALS PHUKET reserves the right to terminate the delivery and after returning the remaining money and NOT to accept an application from the specific applicant.

Dear customers and friends, please note that KIDS MEALS PHUKET is responsible for the quality, quantity, and accuracy in the delivery of only menus and foods ordered through our official website and our team delivery.

At KIDS MEALS PHUKET, we understand your concerns about potential allergens in the foods you eat. Our primary goal is to provide accurate information on the packaging of each product. To do this, we carefully manage the ingredients we buy and how we prepare our products.

While we take extreme cautions to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, milk, egg or wheat allergies. However even when it is not required by local regulation, if there is a risk to allergic consumers due to the presence of a major allergen in a product, we will declare its presence on the packaging of that product. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. KIDS MEALS PHUKET will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.

Please be advised consuming raw, cooked to order or under-cooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase your risk of food borne illnesses, especially if you have certain medical conditions. Naturally, thoroughly cooking meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs reduces the risk of food borne illnesses.

RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

This waiver form is a binding legal contract and by signing this Agreement you are waiving important legal rights in consideration of being permitted to use the premises. The participant named below voluntarily signs this release aware of the inherent risk in the activity.

I recognize and understand that, by signing this form, I am waving KIDS MEALS PHUKET operating and part of company Bespoke Experience Thailand Ltd Co from any and all liability for personal injury or death (including medical costs, lost wages, pain and suffering, rehabilitation costs and long-term-care) and loss of or damage to my personal property or personality which occurs while I am using food services of company Bespoke Experience Thailand Ltd Co in Phuket, Thailand as my food delivery services.

I certify that I will be personally responsible for the payment of any medical expenses and company Bespoke Experience Thailand Ltd Co, their employees, representatives, and assignees shall not be held responsible for the cost related to any personal injury or death that may be sustained.

I hereby waive, release, discharge and agree not to sue company Bespoke Experience Thailand Ltd Co, their officers, directors, members, shareholders, agents, and employees from and for any and all claims or demands, obligations and/or causes of action of any nature whatsoever which I may have against company Bespoke Experience Thailand Ltd Co, on account of any personal injury, property damage, death or accident of any kind arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the services, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the company and employers from any and all liabilities or claims made by other individuals or entities as a result of my actions while using KIDS MEALS PHUKET food & event services provided by Bespoke Experience Thailand Ltd Co or hired suppliers for the above-mentioned.

This Agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect.

I have fully read and fully understand the foregoing assumption of risk, and release of liability and I understand that by signing it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission. I understand that by signing this form I am waiving valuable legal rights.
