Kids Meals Phuket is the first and only one bespoke company in Phuket offering nutritious, ready-to-go and kid approved children food from 9+ month up to & adults, compliant with all requirements, regulations and norms concerning healthy children's nutrition. Flexibility to choose from our subscription plans or customize your own meals by buying directly from our online store. The use of salt is reduced to the minimum regulatory requirements for baby and child nutrition. Choose Subscription or Purchase From Our Shop

Choose between subscription menu or individual meals from our online store. Select a weekly subscription plan with a 2 week rotation cycle according to your child's age group. It is easy to customize your order from our online store with your favorite dishes offered fresh or frozen. Our individual meals have a minimum order quantity of 6 portions. Allergies or any food intolerances are not an issue for our Chef and we can adjust the meals according to your needs.

We Deliver Meals Door to Door or Self-Pick Up

We prepare all meals fresh and with nutritious ingredients only and deliver them at your door. For our subscription’s clients we delivery Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Meals for the weekend will be delivered every Friday. All orders will be ready for delivery or self-pick up for you 48 hours after the order is placed before 4:30pm. Self-pick up of your meals is possible Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 12:30pm in Chalong. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays.

Food Allergies and Intolerances

KIDS MEALS PHUKET offers products with tree nuts, butter, dairy products, gluten and eggs. While we take all needed steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies. At KIDS MEALS PHUKET, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. There is also a possibility that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. If there are any food allergies or intolerances KIDS MEALS PHUKET will try to modify the menus together with parents to suit the child's diet. All details must be discussed BEFORE you place an order to ensure the best quality of food for your children. Food Storage & Reheating

Our frozen meals can be stored up to 3 months in the freezer (-12°C). If stored in fridge (4°C), it is best to consume within 3 days and always check the expiry date on the label. By steaming (recommended) or microwaving. Simply pop-out the meal to a suitable heating bowl and reheat it for 2 minutes or microwave for max 1 minutes with open lid container. Stir in-between heating (if needed) to make sure the heat is evenly distributed. Cool the pot to lukewarm and serve. For added aroma thaw the meal first and stir in a pre-heated pan for 10-15 seconds.
Food Consumption

The food is suitable for direct consumption after warming time not more than 1 minute in microwave/on the stove or oven. Upon receiving it should be stored IMMEDIATELY in the refrigerator for up to the day indicated on the label. At the customer's request, the food can be delivered frozen for later use.
Food Packaging

KIDS MEALS PHUKET Eco-friendly plastic packaging is made of materials in accordance with the specific requirements for materials and plastic objects intended for contact with food. All meals are packed in Eco-friendly plastic - Environmentally Degradable Plastic (EDP) 100% degradable containers with safety lid that meets all requirements for storage of food. Each food has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. The paper bags we use are biodegradable and easy to recycle or compost. KIDS MEALS PHUKET is NOT responsible for: In case the client's actions lead to spoilage of the food and the consequences thereof. Consume the food later than the indicated label date. Portions sizes according age

The subscription menus and individual meals from our shop listed as suitable for children from 9+ months to 12 months have portion size of 150g. The subscription menus and individual meals from our shop listed as suitable for children from 1+ year to 3 years have recommended portion size 210g. The subscription menus and individual meals from our shop listed as suitable for children from 3+ years up have recommended portion size of 270g. In case you wish to order larger amount , please do leave us a clear note when you place the order.

Delivery for Subscriptions

Our subscription for weekly menus consist of 1 soup, 1 main and 1 healthy snack/dessert per day, offered as separately packed portion size of 150g, 210 or 270g according to your child’s age with exception of some snacks which are offered in pieces (for example healthy granola bite is offered as 3 pieces in one EDP container) Each EDP container has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. Your daily menu will come with 3 EDP containers in a paper bag.
Delivery for Individual Orders

Our individual items purchased from our online store have minimum quantity order of 6 portions separately packed. Each portion is separately packed in a EDP container of 150g, 210 or 270g according to your child’s age with exception of some snacks which are offered in pieces (For example our healthy cookies are offered as 6 pieces of cookies in 1 container; Minimum order is 6 containers of 6 cookies each= total 36 cookies). Each EDP container has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. All items from our online store can be ordered fresh or frozen based on your personal request. Your order will come with EDP containers in a paper bag.

Delivery General Notes

You need to know that if you live above the 3rd floor and do not have an elevator, unfortunately we cannot serve you. Thank you in advance: Self - Pick up time and delivery is possible only during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) Do not force the driver to wait, as this will deprive another baby feeding time. The soup and the main course are soft foods or textured meals or 100% puree soup and puree main course are also available upon request. We use only recommended salt quantity and moderated spice amounts in the recipes.

Meals for lunch, dinner and afternoon snack with a 2 week rotation cycle Three course menu – a soup, a main course and a healthy snack; Suitable for kids from 1 year up to 3 years. Meals consist of gluten, superfood, cow milk and dairy products. We use only recommended salt quantity and moderated spice amounts in the recipes; The use of salt is reduced to the minimum regulatory requirements for baby and child nutrition. The dishes use entirely fresh spices and some dry herbs, ghee which contribute to the better taste and health of your children. A wide variety of recipes with all needed nutritional values; Recommended portion size for age group is 210g.
Subscription Menus 3+ Years and up

Meals for lunch, dinner and afternoon snack with a 2 week rotation cycle Three course menu – a soup, a main course and a healthy snack; Suitable for kids from 3 years up to 7 years; The use of salt is reduced to the minimum regulatory requirements for baby and child nutrition. The dishes use entirely fresh spices and some dry herbs, ghee which contribute to the better taste and health of your children. Meals consist of gluten, superfood, cow milk and dairy products. A wide variety of recipes with all needed nutritional values; Recommended portion size for age group is 270g.

Which ingredients do I have to introduce my child's diet first before I order KIDS MEALS PHUKET?

It is necessary for the child to be fed with all the ingredients of the food prepared from KIDS MEALS PHUKET according to his age group. The customer can see the composition of the food by looking at our weekly menu. It is the parent’s duty to monitor the menu and assess whether the ingredients used in the food are suitable for his child, given that they have already been introduced into his diet. The child must be fed: Chicken, Turkey meat, Lamb meat, Beef meat, Pork meat, Fish, Butter, Cheese, Cottage cheese, Eggs, Dairy Products, Gluten & Nuts
How can I order from KIDS MEALS PHUKET?

To register, you need to fill in the online order form through our OFFICIAL website, providing us with the necessary information so that we can fulfill your order. We accept orders ONLY directly trough our website 48 hours in advance not later than 4:30pm. The food must be paid in advance via bank transfer or Paypal and we need to have proof of payment before first delivery or self-pick up. KIDS MEALS PHUKET reserves the right to change the menu without notice in unforeseen circumstances.
How to place an order?

What do I do upon receipt of my last order?

Upon receipt of the last food on the last day of the requested delivery period, you can place the new order via our website if you wish to continue receiving food. We accept orders ONLY directly trough our website 48 hours in advance not later than 4:30pm. The food must be paid in advance via bank transfer or Paypal and we need to have proof of payment before first delivery or self-pick up. KIDS MEALS PHUKET reserves the right to change the menu without notice in unforeseen circumstances
Cancellation Policy for subscriptions

Short stop: At the customer's request for temporary suspension of delivery due to travel, illness, etc., the remaining paid menus are saved until the order is renewed and the subscription is increased by the number of paid menus. Example: If you have a subscription from 1.01 to 31.01 and must terminate from 5.01 to 8.01, at startup, these days are added to the subscription and the last date is increased from 31.01 to 4.02 to add the missed 4 days. If you miss a stop warning, the unaccepted menu is charged and is NOT refunded after the subscription expires. Final termination: If the subscription is finally terminated, the remaining amount of the unused requested food will be not refunded but you can use it as credit any time you wish to start the subscription again. When the customer has ordered a package (weekly or monthly) with a discount in the price, when we issue credit the amount paid, the regular price is considered, not the promotional one, because at the customer's request the requested package with a promotional price is canceled. If a stop warning is missed, no credit will be issued.
Cancellation policy for individual orders from the online store

If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, we will issue you a credit valid for the next 30 days after the day you placed the order. No refund is possible!

OUR PASSIONATE KIDS MEALS TEAM

Adam Goodman, Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Kids Meals Phuket., originally hails from Vancouver, BC. An alumnus of world famous French culinary school Le Cordon Bleu, his notable international repertoire includes cooking for the Prime Minister of Canada, catering the Vancouver 2010 Olympics and running kitchens and catering operations in Canada, China, and Thailand. Prior to Phuket, he plied his trade managing a large restaurant and catering operation in Beijing. Since 2014 Chef Goodman has spearheaded and overseen the development and operations of Phuket’s famed Two Chefs Restaurants & Catering as General Manager. He has established QSI International school of Phuket inhouse catering department. Alexandra has over 15 years international event organizing experiences in Germany, China and Thailand. We are very excited as a family to apply all that we have learned on our Culinary Journey to make extraordinary, delicious and nutritious food for children and clients of Kids Meals Phuket. Our little daughter was the biggest inspiration for us to create our family business.
