  • Delivery for Subscriptions

    Our subscription for weekly menus consist of 1 soup, 1 main and 1 healthy snack/dessert per day, offered as separately packed portion size of 150g, 210 or 270g according to your child’s age with exception of some snacks which are offered in pieces (for example healthy granola bite is offered as 3 pieces in one EDP container) Each EDP container has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. Your daily menu will come with 3 EDP containers in a paper bag.

  • Delivery for Individual Orders

    Our individual items purchased from our online store have minimum quantity order of 6 portions separately packed. Each portion is separately packed in a EDP container of 150g, 210 or 270g according to your child’s age with exception of some snacks which are offered in pieces (For example our healthy cookies are offered as 6 pieces of cookies in 1 container; Minimum order is 6 containers of 6 cookies each= total 36 cookies). Each EDP container has a customized label with the described nutritional chart content of the respective dish, potential allergen items and the caloric values, and the expiration date. All items from our online store can be ordered fresh or frozen based on your personal request. Your order will come with EDP containers in a paper bag.

  • Delivery Time for Subscriptions

    For our subscription’s clients we delivery Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Meals for the weekend will be delivered every Friday. (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All food must be stored in refrigerated conditions IMMEDIATELY.

  • Delivery Time for Individual Orders

    All individual orders are delivered on Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm. Meals for the weekend will be delivered every Friday. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All food must be stored in refrigerated conditions IMMEDIATELY.

  • Self- Pick up from Chalong Area ONLY

    Self - Pick up is possible only during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) in Chalong. Refer to our exact address. We are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. All food must be stored in refrigerated conditions IMMEDIATELY. Please prepare your own cooler box and/or ice packs.

  • Delivery General Notes

    Make sure your phone is not on mute setting during delivery time (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) When ordering home delivery, it is desirable to indicate all the features related to access to your address. You need to know that if you live above the 3rd floor and do not have an elevator, unfortunately we cannot serve you. In such a case, it will be necessary to work together to consider an alternative solution. Once an approximate delivery interval has been set, you need to be at the specified address, as we try to service everyone as quickly as possible, and we do not have the opportunity to delay more than 3 minutes. Unfortunately, if we are unable to contact you, our delivery team continues its route without the additional possibility of re-servicing it.

All creative recipes are created and selected by our professional le cordon bleu Chef Adam Goodman with NO GMO, NO MSG, NO SUGAR, NO PRESERVATIVES, NO ADDITIVES AND NO and are present in every weekly menu. Fruits and vegetables are used are fresh and varied in our tasty menus. Jams and compotes or artificially flavored or sweetened products are NOT used. The use of salt is reduced to the minimum regulatory requirements for baby and child nutrition. The dishes use entirely fresh spices and some dry herbs, ghee which contribute to the better taste and health of your children.

    KIDS MEALS PHUKET is lucky to work with exceptional professionals who observe good manners, polite behavior, and complexity, but sometimes does not respond in the same way. Thank you in advance: Self - Pick up time and delivery is possible only during our business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 12:30pm) Do not force the driver to wait, as this will deprive another baby feeding time.     Meals for lunch, dinner and afternoon snack with a 2 week rotation cycle Three course menu – a soup, a main course, and a healthy snack. The soup and the main course are soft foods or textured meals or 100% puree soup and puree main course are also available upon request. We use only recommended salt quantity and moderated spice amounts in the recipes.

    Meals for lunch, dinner and afternoon snack with a 2 week rotation cycle Three course menu – a soup, a main course and a healthy snack; Suitable for kids from 1 year up to 3 years. Meals consist of gluten, superfood, cow milk and dairy products. We use only recommended salt quantity and moderated spice amounts in the recipes; The use of salt is reduced to the minimum regulatory requirements for baby and child nutrition. The dishes use entirely fresh spices and some dry herbs, ghee which contribute to the better taste and health of your children. A wide variety of recipes with all needed nutritional values; Recommended portion size for age group is 210g.

    Meals for lunch, dinner and afternoon snack with a 2 week rotation cycle Three course menu – a soup, a main course and a healthy snack; Suitable for kids from 3 years up to 7 years; The use of salt is reduced to the minimum regulatory requirements for baby and child nutrition. The dishes use entirely fresh spices and some dry herbs, ghee which contribute to the better taste and health of your children. Meals consist of gluten, superfood, cow milk and dairy products. A wide variety of recipes with all needed nutritional values; Recommended portion size for age group is 270g.

  • Which ingredients do I have to introduce my child's diet first before I order KIDS MEALS PHUKET?

    It is necessary for the child to be fed with all the ingredients of the food prepared from KIDS MEALS PHUKET according to his age group. The customer can see the composition of the food by looking at our weekly menu. It is the parent’s duty to monitor the menu and assess whether the ingredients used in the food are suitable for his child, given that they have already been introduced into his diet. The child must be fed: Chicken, Turkey meat, Lamb meat, Beef meat, Pork meat, Fish, Butter, Cheese, Cottage cheese, Eggs, Dairy Products, Gluten & Nuts

  • How can I order from KIDS MEALS PHUKET?

    To register, you need to fill in the online order form through our OFFICIAL website, providing us with the necessary information so that we can fulfill your order. We accept orders ONLY directly trough our website 48 hours in advance not later than 4:30pm. The food must be paid in advance via bank transfer or Paypal and we need to have proof of payment before first delivery or self-pick up. KIDS MEALS PHUKET reserves the right to change the menu without notice in unforeseen circumstances.

  • How to place an order?

    We require following data: 1. Type of menu according to age of your child 2. Food Amount (in case different that the recommended) 3. Exact address and mobile number 4. For which dates or period, you are requesting the menus 5. Clear indication if any allergies or food tolerances are present 6. Read carefully and agree to our terms & conditions

  • What do I do upon receipt of my last order?

    Upon receipt of the last food on the last day of the requested delivery period, you can place the new order via our website if you wish to continue receiving food. We accept orders ONLY directly trough our website 48 hours in advance not later than 4:30pm. The food must be paid in advance via bank transfer or Paypal and we need to have proof of payment before first delivery or self-pick up. KIDS MEALS PHUKET reserves the right to change the menu without notice in unforeseen circumstances

  • Cancellation Policy for subscriptions

    Short stop: At the customer's request for temporary suspension of delivery due to travel, illness, etc., the remaining paid menus are saved until the order is renewed and the subscription is increased by the number of paid menus. Example: If you have a subscription from 1.01 to 31.01 and must terminate from 5.01 to 8.01, at startup, these days are added to the subscription and the last date is increased from 31.01 to 4.02 to add the missed 4 days. If you miss a stop warning, the unaccepted menu is charged and is NOT refunded after the subscription expires. Final termination: If the subscription is finally terminated, the remaining amount of the unused requested food will be not refunded but you can use it as credit any time you wish to start the subscription again. When the customer has ordered a package (weekly or monthly) with a discount in the price, when we issue credit the amount paid, the regular price is considered, not the promotional one, because at the customer's request the requested package with a promotional price is canceled. If a stop warning is missed, no credit will be issued.

  • Cancellation policy for individual orders from the online store

    If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, we will issue you a credit valid for the next 30 days after the day you placed the order. No refund is possible!
